We're so excited you're using Stride to plan your next multi day tour or adventure trip. Just a few details to keep in mind when redeeming your travel credit:
- One (1) person will receive one (1) $500 travel credit from Travelstride
- Credit is redeemable only after booking a tour featured on StrideTravel.com
- Credit value based on total retail cost of land portion of tour. Airfare not included. Must spend minimum of $1,000 per person on a tour featured on StrideTravel.com:
- Retail cost of $5,000+ = $500 travel credit
- Retail cost of $4,000+ = $400 travel credit
- Retail cost of $3,000+ = $300 travel credit
- Retail cost of $2,000+ = $200 travel credit
- Retail cost of $1,000+ = $100 travel credit
- Only one (1) travel credit of any amount may be redeemed per person
- You must book your trip direct with tour operator by December 31, 2016 and depart on or before December 31, 2017, or this offer is void
- Tour operator must have on record that your booking came from Travelstride
- Offer is available only from select participating travel providers shown below
To redeem your $500 travel credit, please follow these easy steps:
1. Join Stride's community by creating an account
2. Search for your trip by destination, activity, or tour operator name using our simple filter, sort, and reviews features
3. Pick your trip, then click the big, yellow RESERVE button at the top right of the trip page
4. Pay for your trip direct on the tour operator website (or via phone or email if you choose)
5. You must ensure that the tour operator knows that you were referred by Travelstride. You can do this by booking directly on their site after clicking on the Stride 'Reserve' button. You can also add this in as a comment if you contact the operator via email. Or, if making a reservation by phone, just tell the sales agent that you were referred by Travelstride and ask them to attach that to your reservation record. IF THE TOUR OPERATOR DOES NOT HAVE A RECORD OF STRIDE TRAVEL AS THE ORIGINATING SOURCE OF YOUR BOOKING, WE REGRETFULLY CANNOT HONOR THE TRAVEL CREDIT OFFER.
6. Drop us an email at social@travelstride.com. Include your name and confirmation of your trip from tour operator. If someone else entered you into the contest, please also include his or her email address for verification
7. We'll send you a $100 gift card via email (Visa or MasterCard) once your trip has departed (to account for any cancellations)
