Best Things to Do in Dominican Republic

We worked with April and she is AMAZING. She answered all of my many questions, she is timely and always so responsive and helpful. I appreciate her and truly enjoy working with her.

We’ve booked diving adventures with Doris now in multiple locations. The resorts and/or boats have been top notch and Doris’s care and attention have made all trips easy. We’ve used Caradonna on trips ranging from 2-16 persons and as close as the Caribbean and as far as Indonesia and all trips have been seamless! Doris is the best!

Since 2011, we have taken 22 group dive trips and have 3 more already in the schedule. ALL of which have been coordinated by Doris from Caradonna.
Though all the trip planning, pre-trip logistics, mid-trip challenges, and post-trip follow up Doris, has been our hero. She catches the things I let slip through the cracks. Always stives to score us the best value and steers us away from pitfalls. Honestly, I have never met someone who worked so diligently for the customer.
In every step of the way, Doris and the team at Caradonna has handled rebooking, flight delays, resort disasters (fires, hurricanes, etc) and always fond a soliton, and truly made my travelers feel like they were important.

I have been traveling with ACIS for almost 20 years, and I have yet to be disappointed! From the planning stages to the actual travel abroad, the ACIS team is attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. Traveling with them, I know that the entire experience, from excursions to food to hotels, will be top-notch. I love that there are always little surprises along the way, too….some little cultural experience or bonus stop that adds to an already amazing itinerary. I have traveled once with a different company, and that experience proved that you get what you pay for! ACIS has been my go to for leading educational tours through Europe. I went in 1989 as a student and led my last trip in 2022. They have always had the highest standards and will jump to fix anything unpleasant that comes up unexpectedly. Their guides are experienced and fun, the hotels are good and the food is great.

But the best part is knowing just how helpful everyone in support roles can be. Planning is stressful and ACIS tries hard to alleviate as much ad possible.

ACIS is super responsive and helpful. I really don’t want to travel with anyone else!
