Best Things to Do in Ottawa

A bit disorganized---online parts difficult to navigate

The timing could not have been better. The fall colors were beautiful! What a treat. Had very good accommodations and the transport was very clean and comfortable. Staff took good care of us.

This was such an amazing tour, if you are thinking of just doing the east side, consider doing east AND west. The east was great for cities, culture and food, but the west (aka the rockies!!) was so phenomenal! The hiking, the canoeing, the lakes! All unmissable and 100% Canada.

Our trip manager Charlotte was incredible, so full of information as well as a savant at finding great places to hang out or visit in our free time!

I really enjoyed this trip and have already booked my 10th Contiki! Only down side of this trip was the single night in Montreal, which i believe have been changed for next year. One night was just not enough time in that city.

The driver was excellent. The coach was clean but the seats were crowded with not much leg room. The hotels were excellent and in good locations. Coach had no back door for entering and leaving the bus as in the past.

It was wonderful to meet so many interesting people from all over the world, which we intend to stay in touch with. All of the add-ons we did were not only great experiences, but they also gave us more to bond over. Alex was brilliant at encouraging the group dynamics and getting us to get to know eachother more. We will definitely be booking more Contiki trips in the future - first one will have to be Western Canada adventure because we got major FOMO seeing others' from our Eastern Canada trip pictures as they carried on into the west side haha! The whole point of these trips is to create memories and visit places you otherwise might not be able to see as easily on your own; it really minimises stress as you don't have to worry about booking travel or accomodation whilst on the trip and you can learn so much more about the places you are visiting too. It's especially great for getting you to step out of your comfort zone and be more spontaneous and open-minded with things. 10/10 would recommend! Thanks again #ConitikiAlex :)
