Angers Itineraries

Despite some minor criticisms, I really enjoyed it and would go back and do it all over again in a heartbeat. I like the corporate culture and price point. Good value for the money and a travel experience with a casual vibe. Overall, we had a super time, loved the itinerary, the variety of things we did and saw, and bonding with the group and leader. we would have continued on for another week had we been able to! I also took over a 1000 photos, many of which really highlight the locations and work our CEO did. Happy to forward some of the better ones.That said, some things do need tweaking: misleading/inaccurate online trip info and trip details. And about this survey: it should include a question about the equipment provided as ours needed maintenance and a group leader that had a little more knowledge about basic bike repairs which a fellow traveler ended up taking on. Because bikes aren't unisex, which they should be, the women's design does not properly accommodate a water bottle holder which led to most of the women in the group having severe bruising on their inner thighs (have the pix to prove it!). The website said that we'd get specific and larger side panniers which we didn't, which have us far less room to pack daily supplies than we'd been led to believe. We were also told that if we didn't bring a water bottle, that we could purchase one, but none were ever offered (thankfully we brought ours). It's all in the expectations so if you get it right on the website, just as your CEO and company did for the most part on the ground, then next time you'll get a 10/10 on each item! Will book again though, not to worry!

It was a great trip. I sometimes have somewhat different goals -- some folks go in a group in hopes of social connections. While I enjoy spending some time in a group, the experience of seeing the countryside, the towns, enjoying the food, historical sites, flora and fauna, and the three winery visits were just as interesting to me. I have fewer things to talk about when the conversation turns to movies on a regular basis. I've been doing other things while folks were at the movies all those years.

Amazing trip. Met people with similar interests and this was a unique tour of France. Having travelled to Europe frequently, I can honestly state that this was the best trip I have ever taken place in.

Fabulous experience. Great way to see the countryside and beautiful area. We loved jumping in the culture of France. Loved the wine, food, castles, and local destinations. Our CEO was fantastic and we felt fortunate to have spent the week with her. She was so patient and easy going. Her recommendations for food were the best and we appreciate that she chose affordable spots with local high quality food. She did very well to take us to vinyards and castles which were very special and unlike the popular/busy spots.

Great trip. and would do it again

Group leader was excellent - as were the rest of our group. Loire Valley is a great place to visit.
