Who Are You?
A Performance Marketing Manager who loves to run, test, and optimize PPC campaigns for Google Adwords and Facebook retargeting. You are self-competitive to get amazing ROIs.
Verbal or analytical? Yes please! You love numbers and ROI, but you also love wordsmithing ad copy and picking the right creative.
You've got hustle. You are relentless in pursuit of your goals and never stop tweaking campaigns to improve results.
Heart of a scientist. You love to experiment and AB test and find out what works, why, and try again. You get excited researching keywords and understanding user motivations behind them.
Collaborative or independent? You betcha. You get into a flow state working alone optimizing campaigns. You also enjoy sharing your learnings with the team and collaborating with the CEO, Product, and Tech teams where relevant to boost company goals.
Theoretical or practical? Of course. You are well-versed in both the principles and execution of search engine marketing (SEM) including search engine optimization (SEO.) You love doing the work yourself and explaining the tactics to team-mates and reading up on latest strategies.
Stuff You'll Probably Do
- Create paid search and social retargeting strategies
- Launch, monitor and optimize many PPC campaigns concurrently
- Write attractive and concise copy for ads
- Lead keyword selection and audience targeting
- Recommend, manage, and monitor budget, adjusting bids to drive ROI
- Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
- Produce reports and dashboards to identify opportunities
- Oversee accounts on search and social platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing)
You'll Be a Great Fit With

Proven experience as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist

Expertise in data analysis and reporting

Knowledge of SEO, especially for consumer, travel, and/or marketplaces

Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g. AdWords, Facebook, Youtube)

Working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)

Proficient in Google Sheets & Excel

Comfortable communication skills
