What travelers are saying

"We spent two wonderful weeks touring several of the best destinations in Portugal & Spain with a group of 16 people. Our guide (Fredy) was from Spain and intimately familiar with the region, including its rich history, attractions, and food/beverages. The tour was well-paced using a combinations of private vehicles (small buses and cabs), trains, and an airplane ride as well as a fair amount of walking to get around these two beautiful countries. We extended our stay in Lisbon to see more attractions and took a side trip to Fatima, Obidos, and Nazare that was also excellent. Would have liked to have a bit more time in a couple of the cities, but we'll just have to plan another trip!"

Ciudad Perdida (The Lost City) Tour Selection Trips

  • You cannot visit Colombia's Ciudad Perdida as an independent traveler. Both for your safety, as well as in effort to preserve the natural surroundings, it is required that you visit the Lost City with a tour operator.
  • The Lost City is only accessible on foot, so be sure you’re prepared and physically able to make the trek. It is recommended to have a basic to mid level of physical fitness in order to keep up with the group.
  • Ciudad Perdida treks involve camping and very basic amenities. Be sure you’re up for the challenge and don’t mind being out among the elements! This includes sometimes very muddy trails, river crossings, heavy rains, and extremely high humidity.
  • Many adventure travel tours to Colombia are longer than the 4-5 days it takes to complete the trek, meaning you’ll have a chance to explore some other areas of Colombia.
