It seems Micol knew many of the staff of the venues we visited, including the pasta making class we attended. "I didn’t take this tour exactly, but made some changes based on my schedule and interests and travel dates. It was my first time in Southeast Asia and I was a traveling solo female. Liz my trip consultant and contact person was so helpful and responsive to any and all my concerns and questions. It was a trip of a lifetime. I can not gush enough about the itinerary and experiences. I am completely impressed with is company and this person. Ya ya in Chang Mai and Sam in Bangkok are top notch guides. The diving in Phuket was arranged with Siam diving, a small private boat not an over stuffed crowded one. It felt like we were the only people in the ocean. Goo, GO, GO!!!!"

"Although short in comparison to other trips to India which I’ve done with Explore, it was an extremely full and informative trip. It was unfortunate that we needed to change Tour Leaders after 2 days as we had begun to bond with Regneesh but Abhi, his replacement, was an excellent guide. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful and ensured our needs were met. I felt he went beyond what I would have expected of a guide in catering for my lack of ability to walk far in the extreme heat. Our driver was equally thoughtful and we felt we were in safe hands. The content of the trip was exactly as it said on the tin. I didn’t feel that the trip lacked content but I would have been more than happy to spend an extra night in Thekaddy and perhaps visit the Periyar Reserve, and an extra night on the houseboat (which was of an excellent standard) would have been great. The accommodation and food was of a good standard throughout, including the home stay. All in all, a first class trip."
