Best Things to Do in Etosha National Park

Sossusvlei, Makuti lodge in Etosha as well as Eagles Nest in Otjiwa!! Bryan was amazing, always very knowledgeable and kind!! He was also easy on the eye which made our trip memorable

The leader, Riaan was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about a variety of topics and could answer questions and provide information on the subjects that members of the group were interested in. He spotted and named animals and birds before nearly anyone else even saw them. He checked in personally with every group member a couple of times a day, making sure they were each comfortable/happy and had enough water to drink in the heat. When there were optional trips, he acted as taxi driver, making sure each person was on time for each activity, despite this requiring several trips back and forth for him. He arranged and personally cooked two barbeque suppers for the group when he knew the restaurant options were limited.

The Namibia Lodge Safari was an excellent trip! Our trip leader Adriaan was super knowledgable and really went above and beyond for our group. The highlight of the trip for me was coming across a herd of Elephants completely in the wild when we went for a drive down a dried up river bed near the White Lady Lodge accommodation at sunset, one of the most enchanting and surreal experiences I’ve had in my life. We were a little unlucky with the weather as it rained which made it more challenging finding animals in Ethosha, but we still saw plenty! The landscapes are totally spectacular and very vast, the day we spent in Sossusvlei was incredible, if not a little challenging due to the heat. Accommodation was excellent sometimes and just fine in other places, but overall pretty good for explore standards. Highly recommend this trip, I will certainly be going back to Namibia after this experience!

Spending time in Etosha National Park and seeing so many different animals. Watching elephants at the waterholes was a truly magical experience.
