The poolside dinner was fabulous...romantic ambience and excellent food. The hotel even gave us roses and they put flower petals in the shape of a heart on our bed. When we returned to our room we were so surprised to find a gift from you and everyone at Myths and Mountains. We also enjoyed our massages and our bottle of champagne. And Ankgor Wat, the water blessing and Angkor Thom were the icing on the cake. We wanted a memorable anniversary and you certainly delivered!

Looked like a very interesting Pandaw Vietnam river cruise and we originally booked in 2020. Then the Pandemic. They agreed to give a credit for another tour when possible. Then they bankrupted. Then they recapitalized and said they would apply our deposit on
another tour. When it was finally possible to do the trip in November of 2022, we paid the full trip amount of over $14,000.00. Their documentation stated cancellation would have to occur a month before scheduled travel. Two weeks
before the trip, my wife had a medical emergency with a dislocated hip and was unable to go on the trip on orders from doctors.
We had purchased trip insurance from Tripmate for $525 and filed a claim which was denied except for airline cancellation fees on fully refundable airline tickets. That amounted to about $1000. Pandaw would not offer a refund or even a credit for another trip citing their 30 day policy. As it stands, we are out $14,000.00 hard earned and difficult to replace. Pandaw is unjustly enriched $14,000.00. Tripmate is a fraud that needs to be sued but with cost of lawyers not possible unless some sort of class action since that seems to be their practice as we discovered too late.
Pandaw was rude when contacted nicely and did offer if we wanted another trip a modest discount. With their attitude and indifference to customer situations we would avoid them at all costs and advise you to do the same.
