Mother's Day Giveaway, 2020 - Terms & Conditions
Winner Travel Credit
1. Winner may pick and book their trip anytime between July 1 - Dec 31. Trip may depart any time in 2021 (subject to safety)
2. Winner must choose a trip that travels internationally. Offer is not applicable to domestic trips
3. Winner will receive a travel credit of up to $10,000 value (final value to be determined by Stride) to use toward their booking
4. Trip choices will be available from predetermined tour operator partners, selected by Stride.
5. Winners may choose from trips with durations up to 21 days.
6. Trip must cost a minimum of $1,500 per person
7. Only one (1) travel credit of up to $10,000 value can be redeemed for two (2) travelers
8. You must pay the operator directly by December 31, 2020 and depart on or before December 31, 2021, or this offer is void
9. Tour operator must have on record that you were referred from Travelstride
10. Offer is valid only on tours from the participating travel providers
11. Winner agrees to participate in a filmed event during which they will make their trip selection going through the Stride reservation process. (Winner may have already selected and/or booked the trip prior to the video)
During Travel
1. Winner agrees to post regular social media updates during the trip using official giveaway hashtags and periodically tagging Stride and the tour operator. These updates should include: instagram stories, at least 2 Instagram posts per week, 5 tweets per week, 1-2 Faceboook posts / week. Posts should include a combination of video and photos.
2. Winner agrees to be interviewed by Stride or other outlets about their trip experience
3. Stride may repackage, redistribute, any assets including video and images taken by winner during their trip
4. BOTH winner and their travel companion must agree to appear in the videos and have their likeness shared and promoted
Redeeming Submission Travel Credits
All entrants, including final winner, to the Mother's Day 2020 giveaway will receive a $100 travel credit just for submitting
Entrants with 5 votes on their FB post submissions by May 10th may claim a $200 travel credit when they include a screenshot of their post with the date
Only 1 (one) $100 credit per submission
If mom also becomes a Stride member, you may receive an additional $100 travel credit
Redeeming your travel credit
To redeem your travel credit, please follow these easy steps:
1. Join the Stride community by creating an account
2. Search savings eligible trips by destination, activity, or tour operator name using our simple filter, sort, and reviews features
3. Pick your trip, then click the green RESERVE button at the top right of the trip page
4. Pay for your trip direct on the tour operator website
5. You must book your trip direct with the tour operator by December 31, 2020 and depart by December 31, 2021 or this offer is void.
5. You must ensure that the tour operator knows that you were referred by Travelstride. You can do this by clicking on the Stride 'Reserve' button which will lead you to book directly on their site. You can also add this in as a comment if you contact the operator via email. Or, if making a reservation by phone, tell the sales agent that you were referred by Travelstride and ask them to attach that to your reservation record. IF THE TOUR OPERATOR DOES NOT HAVE A RECORD OF STRIDE TRAVEL AS THE ORIGINATING SOURCE OF YOUR BOOKING, WE REGRETFULLY CANNOT HONOR THE TRAVEL CREDIT OFFER.
6. Forward your invoice from the tour operator in an email to hello@travelstride.com within 30 days of booking. Include your name and confirmation of your trip from the tour operator.
7. After you leave a review of your trip, we'll send you a gift card via email (Visa or MasterCard)
