Customer service prior to the tour was poor. The tour itself was good, it delivered on everything described in the itinerary.
It provided a good selection of places and activities to see the essence of Japan. However, it's important to highlight that it's not a holiday! The itinerary is packed & there is not much time to rest, as Japan is full of things to see and do. Our guide (Guilia) was great, she worked hard to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Excellent choice of sites to get a true feel for Japan

Japan is such a beautiful country it looks so familiar then it really isn't. The best way to describe it is 'Frantically calm,' The cherry blossom was late this year which was great for me as they looked magnificent. If you are short on time this is the ideal tour. All the travel is by public transport be it Bullet train, tram or bus. The JR Rail pass is a must as you will use it every day. Great country, great food and a great tour
