Rebate Offer Terms & Conditions


1.   Travel rebate amount is based on total value of land portion of trip, available through select travel providers only (see full details below). This is a tiered offer - book with a TIER 1 travel provider for maximum savings. Maximum rebate amount equal to 15% of trip value (land only, excludes air). Must spend minimum of $500 (TIER 1, TIER 2) or minimum of $1,000 (TIER 3) per person to receive any rebate.
2. Pay for your trip direct on the tour operator website or via phone or email. You must ensure that the tour operator knows that you were referred by Stride Travel. You can do this by booking directly on the operator site only AFTER clicking on the Stride 'Reserve' button. You can also add this in as a comment if you contact the operator via email. If making a reservation by phone, tell the sales agent that you were referred by Stride Travel and ask them to append that to your reservation record. IF THE TOUR OPERATOR DOES NOT HAVE A RECORD OF STRIDE TRAVEL AS THE ORIGINATING SOURCE OF YOUR BOOKING, WE REGRETFULLY CANNOT HONOR THE TRAVEL REBATE OFFER. 
3. Please note, the supplier must recognize your booking as originating with Stride. If the supplier has an existing record for your reservation, they may choose not to honor your reservation request via Stride, in which case we will not be able to process your rebate. 
4. Send us an email at hello@stridetravel.com within 30 days of booking your trip. Include your name and proof of payment for your trip. For example, an email confirmation from the operator or scanned copy of your invoice.
5. Only one (1) travel rebate can be redeemed per person, per trip. Multiple rebates can be applied to the same booking as long as the Stride Member is on record with the tour operator as the lead passenger. For example, if two people are traveling together and one person is a Stride Member, both passengers are eligible for the rebate savings. You must book your trip direct with tour operator by December 31, 2019 and depart by December 31, 2020 or this offer is void. Offer is available only when booking a trip with the participating tour operators below. 
6. All travelers must complete redemption process (steps #2-4 above) within 30 days after booking your trip or offer is void.
7. Once your trip departs (to allow for cancellations), and after you have submitted a review on Stride, we'll email you a Visa, MasterCard, AMEX gift card or send you alternative payment in equivalent amount.
