How to refer friends to get travel credit:
1. Send them the unique link you received from Stride.
2. Once your friend creates their user account and books a trip, we will notify you of your travel credit.
3. Pick a qualified Stride Select trip, and reserve it through Stride.
4. Pay for your trip directly on the tour operator website (or via phone or email if you choose).
5. You must ensure that the tour operator knows that you were referred by Travelstride. You can do this by clicking on the Stride 'Reserve' button which will lead you to book directly on their site. You can also add this in as a comment if you contact the operator via email. Or, if making a reservation by phone, tell the sales agent that you were referred by Travelstride and ask them to attach that to your reservation record. IF THE TOUR OPERATOR DOES NOT HAVE A RECORD OF STRIDE TRAVEL AS THE ORIGINATING SOURCE OF YOUR BOOKING, WE REGRETFULLY CANNOT HONOR THE TRAVEL CREDIT OFFER.
6. Forward your invoice from the tour operator in an email to social@travelstride.com. Include your name and confirmation of your trip from tour operator. We will look up your account and validate your travel credit.
7. After you leave a review of your trip, we will send you a gift card or rebate for the travel credit redeemed via email (Visa or MasterCard).
How to redeem your travel credit if you were referred by someone:
1. Click the unique link that your friend gave you and create an account on Stride -- it is important to sign up after you click the link (on the same device and in the same browser). This is how we ensure the referral is linked to your member account.
2. At any point after you become a member, you can book an eligible trip through Stride for travel credit. Search for your trip by destination, activity, or tour operator name using our simple filter, sort, and reviews features.
