Checklist For Reservations Agents
Your company has partnered with Stride, a reviews site & search engine for tour, cruise & adventure trips.
Please complete the following steps to help ensure proper tracking for Stride referrals, as per the partner agreement.

Enter the referred customer’s details into your local database or CRM.
2. Please note ‘Travelstride’ as the referral source (could be called 'referring agent,' 'referral source,' or 'affiliate' in your system)

Send the customer a payment link for the specific trip and departure date. If your system allows, please generate a custom invoice to send to the customer. Otherwise, copy the trip details into a new email.
Please do not forward the original reservation request email to the customer.

Reserve the space for the customer for at least 48 hours (if allowed per your company policy).

Please ‘cc’ or ‘bcc’ reservations@travelstride.com, when confirming the reservation with the customer so Stride is notified that you responded.
