Best Things to Do in Saigon River

It was such a pleasure to work with Annie from start to finish. Annie worked patiently with my very particular husband for a good month to plan a 19 day trip. (I think they bonded) We visited Hong Kong, Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. EVERY luxury hotel was just over the top beautiful. We took airplanes, 2 cruise boats, and a sea airplane to visit each country. There was always a knowledgeable and interesting English speaking guide to pick us up. She planned interesting tours and gave us plenty of leisure time. She also texted us everyday to see how we were doing! At one stop we wanted to change a tour planned for another and she managed to do that as well......Annie actually met us in Hanoi and we enjoyed a dinner together at one of her favorite restaurants, then took me shopping for a silk dress....really! Thank you Annie for the best trip ever. I will highly recommend you and Exotic Voyages.

My guides were the best of the best. Each of them were extremely knowledgeable and great English speakers -- a real plus when you are trying to learn something about foreign culture or history. For instance, my guide in Cambodia went out of his way to help me arrange some package deliveries, and volunteered his own time to take me out to enjoy some traditional dancing -- off the clock, so to speak. In Vietnam, my guide helped make sure I was not being taken advantage of when exchanging my US currency to Vietnamese dong. It was the little things like this that made me feel especially appreciated and well taken care of."

I booked a private tour with Exotic Voyages and did it as a solo traveler. The tour of Cambodia and Vietnam came with a driver and guide. The guides (different guides and drivers in the different cities) spoke fairly good English and related much of the local information, such as age of temples, which countries attacked Cambodia and destroyed some temples, etc.. This is information not always found easily when doing it all by oneself. The guides were also able to answer the many questions I had concerning the various sites we visited. They also provided some advice for travel in the city on my free time. This saved time and the frustration of trying to figure it all out on my own in countries where I have never traveled, and where language could be an issue.

We just returned from an amazing two-week trip to Vietnam and Cambodia that was arranged by Exotic Voyages. We worked with Linh Nguyen of the EV staff, who planned an incredible itinerary incorporating many unique and wonderful local experiences that we never would have found on our own. "Exotic Voyages was terrific. We were originally on a group trip, and the group cancelled a couple of months before we were scheduled to leave. We found Exotic Voyages on the internet, checked their references, and moved ahead with them. Linh quickly re-built our trip and made it even better.
