"It was such a pleasure to work with Annie from start to finish. Annie worked patiently with my very particular husband for a good month to plan a 19 day trip. (I think they bonded) We visited Hong Kong, Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. EVERY luxury hotel was just over the top beautiful. We took airplanes, 2 cruise boats, and a sea airplane to visit each country. There was always a knowledgeable and interesting English speaking guide to pick us up. She planned interesting tours and gave us plenty of leisure time. She also texted us everyday to see how we were doing! At one stop we wanted to change a tour planned for another and she managed to do that as well......Annie actually met us in Hanoi and we enjoyed a dinner together at one of her favorite restaurants, then took me shopping for a silk dress....really! "I did the Oz intro tour in October 2019 and I have not been able to recommend it enough to everyone I know thinking of travelling since. The intro tour is brilliant for making potentially stressful parts like sorting a bank card/SIM card, stress free with leaders who really know what they are doing. I was lucky to have Tom and Fiona as leaders who were totally professional when it came to the important things but great fun the rest of the time! The trip itself is brilliant for showing the best of what Sydney has to offer with nights out, trip to port Stephens and so many activities. A major positive to the trip is the opportunity to make friends. With travelling solo and never having done that before, I was naturally nervous thinking would I enjoy it on my own. The people I met on this tour I ended up travelling with and living with in Sydney afterwards -they really are friends for life. Finally, the aftercare that the tour provides is excellent. After travelling and deciding I needed to find a job in Sydney, I found myself in the Oz intro office all the time. It was a place I was welcomed to fix up my CV on the computer, use the WiFi, print out bits and pieces, fill up my water bottle and have a chat! It didn’t matter if my original leaders Fiona and Tom weren’t in the office as every leader was so helpful and took the time to get to know you so thanks aswell to Poppy, will, Lucas and Sean! Every leader gave honest opinions on their thoughts on how to get jobs or where to eat or where to head out at night which has been great to have ever since when advice is needed! Thanks oz intro - you started off the best 6 months of my life and continued to be an amazing support throughout my time in Australia."

"Normally, I don't feel like writing reviews, but I felt compelled to do it for Athens Insiders. I made the decision to travel to Athens in the summer of 2012 in order to avoid the commotion that was predicted to result from the Queen's jubilee. As usual, my work kept me busy right up to the last minute, so I ran out of time to do anything fun for my week-long trip. I learned about this young group of tour guides for Athens and its vicinity from a friend. I had a wonderful experience. I got in touch with Daphne, who gave me email recommendations for Athens attractions to see, inquired about my preferences for local cuisine, and then devised an itinerary for my trip. In addition to visiting the typical suspects in Athens (Acropolis, etc.), I also chose to travel to Delhi and spend a night at a campground there. And I had a great time, honestly. We visited the attractions when there were few visitors and spent the busiest times outside of Athens rather than being herded around like cattle. I was taken to incredible tiny eateries (the well-known tavernas), marketplaces, and other regional shops."
