It was an amazing trek, however, I recommend that for the physically demanding ones, individuals are required to provide proof of medical and physical fitness to demonstrate their capability. If not, they are a liability to the rest of the group.

I would say that this trip was the hardest thing I've ever done, both mentally and physically. But it was equally, if not more, rewarding! This was my first time out of the country and my group as well as Marco made me feel safe and they encouraged me throughout the trek!

Great trek, glad i did it now before even more crowds find it. needs better camps and better pacing so that the length of hiking each day is more even and not loaded on the last two days. THERE NEEDS TO BE A BETTER FIRST AID KIT. THIS HIKE IS HIGH RISK FOR FALLING AND THERE IS NO SPLINTING OR SLING MATERIAL IN THE KIT. the hotel (aka hostal) accommodations before and after the trek need to be changed asap, as hotel tayromar was cheap and disgusting.
