On the Stride Platform, you can advertise as many trips as you like
How do I respond to a complaint left about our organization?
Currently, the review response function is only available to contracted Stride partners
How do I sign in and edit the listing?
Unfortunately, at this moment we do not have a portal for suppliers, the only login available is for the customer
How long does the on-boarding process take?
The on-boarding process takes around 2-3 weeks
Can we share the review form for our past travellers to write a review?
Yes your past customers can write reviews
How can we get a Stride Premium or Stride Preferred badge?
You can submit your company for a review to see if you qualify for Stride premiere or preferred badge. It is awarded based on general trustworthiness, reputation and reviews
What are impressions?
Impressions are the total number of times your Brand was displayed
What kind of Business does Stride list?
Stride only lists Multi-day tour operators and Custom Trip Planners. As long as we can verify that a business adheres to our guidelines, we will add it to our site. We do NOT currently list single day tour operators, Vacation Rentals or accomodation providers
Does Stride screen reviews?
Yes, we have a team to screen reviews to ensure that they are in compliance with guidelines. We do not fact-check reviews. With thousands of reviews, it would be impossible for us confirm every detail in all of them.
