Honestly the best overseas trip I’ve done so far, weather was perfect, the cities and monuments weren’t crowded and snow/winter was an added bonus to an already amazing trip.

interesting places in the big city5.0 February 2018
I booked a 10 day tour with Look At Egypt Tours and it was a great experience. Ahmed (the owner) is very professional and organized. He kept in contact with me throughout the tour. His itineraries are very detailed and filled with interesting facts about all the places visited. Ahmed even called his tour guides on a daily basis to make sure everything was running smoothly. My airport transfer and tour guides were so friendly and helpful. Ali (airport transfer) met me at the airport and made sure I had everything I needed for immigration and hotel checkin. Mostafa (Cairo tour guide) showed some cool and interesting places in the big city. He has quite the sense of humor and we did our fair share of laughing each day on the trip. Aboudy (Nile Cruise tour guide in Luxor/Aswan) educated me on the true history, culture and people of upper/lower Egypt. I really learned a lot from him and enjoyed reading some of his grandfathers published books. I highly recommend anyone who is interested in in visiting Egypt to book a tour with Look At Egypt Tours. My first trip to Egypt was wonderful and I enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you Ahmed, Ali, Mostafa and Aboudy for all your help and friendship.Read more

Awesome experience.5.0 January 2018
It's one of the best tours I've done during my travels. Morocco is full of history and culture, what made this tour a great experience for me was our guide Abdul, before we went on the tour I had heard so much about him, he's great full of knowledge and pretty funny I may say. Sleeping under the stars in Sahara desert was amazing, we stayed in a camp for two nights. I've recommended this tour to all my friends and everyone.Read more

What Makes Contiki Stand Out?
Contiki offers a huge amount of tour options tailor made for younger travelers. They pride themselves on creating lifelong memories among international groups of like-minded travelers. They offer a comprehensive selection of trips, over 300 of them, all over the world.
Their product range spans three different styles based on the pace of the trip: Discovery Plus, In-Depth Explorer, and Easy Pace. Make sure to read the details of each trip and choose the right one for your travel style.
Who Will Enjoy Traveling with Contiki?
Sociable, spontaneous, and easy-going travelers who are between the ages of 18-35 will definitely love the Contiki travel experience. These are trips for those young people who travel for the sheer joy of meeting locals, experiencing the nightlife, relaxing in the sun, and pounding the pavement for the next unique local gem.
Having a good time, being active, and spending less time in museums is something to expect on a Contiki tour. If you’re the kind of young person who likes meeting a lot of new people, are excited to try new things Contiki could be a good choice.
These trips are very much about being young and having fun - so you can’t mind that you might miss a particular cultural attraction in favor of a group decision to instead explore a local market or neighborhood not in the guidebooks.
That said, the guides and groups are generally warm and welcoming - it’s just that Contiki tends to attract partiers as opposed to bookworms.
Contiki offers 300+ trips in over 50 countries. They are especially popular for young travelers looking to explore Europe and Asia. Other top regions include Latin America, Australia, and New Zealand.
Contiki Travel Style
Contiki trips keep budget very much in mind when designing their trips. Expect a mix of 2 to 3-star hotels, guesthouses, and hostels on most trips. Contiki uses a mix of private coaches and public transportation to get around.
The Contiki travel style is designed to allow for spontaneity - appreciate and get to know the culture through immersive activities, outdoors adventures, and local gems, off the tourist path.
Contiki trips can be found in 6 broad themes:
1. Discoverer - For the widest mix of sites and activities. These trips are multi-country and city, jam packed with attractions and hidden gems.
2. High Energy - For those travelers who are all for maximizing their fun day and night.
3. In Depth Explorer - If cultural travel is what you gravitate to, these trips are going to suit you the best.
4. Independent Insider - For if you value a lot of free time to explore, setting your own schedule and curating the experience for your interests.
5. Camping - Truly budget travel, sleeping under the stars, camping trips with Contiki are currently available in Europe.
6. Winter & Ski - Hitting the slopes and Christmas markets in Europe, enjoying some off-season perks like fewer crowds and lower prices.
7. Sailing, Cruise, Beach - If being out on the water is your bread and butter, and suntanning on the beach calls your name every time you travel, these trips are for you.
8. Festivals & Short Stays - Festival travel has grown in popularity, especially among younger crowds. Contiki will help organize these often confusing and crowded events.
Why Choose a Tour With Contiki?
Contiki is a great choice for younger travelers looking to socialize with others during their trip. All of their travelers are between the ages of 18-35, and having a good time is one of their primary reasons for traveling with Contiki.
Groups are a mix of people from the US, Canada, Australia, and the U.K.
They have lots of experience leading cultural tours in different parts of the world and have a wide range of options to choose from.
British company, Travel Talk, strives to provide top notch travel experiences at reasonable prices.
What Makes Travel Talk Stand Out?
Travel Talk was born out of the desire to make extraordinary experiences accessible to ordinary people.
They have many niche tours such that finding a tour suited to your interests is easy, and you’re guaranteed to meet like minded friends along the way! All tours are led by local experts who are there to make your experience unforgettable.
Who Will Enjoy Traveling with Travel Talk?
The Travel Talk traveler is someone eager to hit the ground running and explore destinations from all angles. These trips are intended primarily for 18-39 year olds, though the “young at heart” are also welcome. However if you are more in the 40+ range, be forewarned that the tour personality will definitely be youthful in tone. In this case “like minded” traveler is pretty age-range specific.
In their own words, travelers on their tours “have a desire to get off the beaten track, experience the culture and tradition all while having a little fun.” Single travelers are more than welcome, and provided you don’t mind sharing a room, no single supplement is required (with the occasional exception on sailing tours).
However, unlike their commonly compared counterparts, Contiki and Topdeck, Travel Talk presents itself as less of a constant ongoing party and more of a cultural experiences tour. Not to say there is not the occasional night out on the town - only that the more introverted may enjoy Travel Talk more than Contiki or Topdeck.
Their specialized tours focus in Europe, though they also operate in Egypt, Jordan, and Morocco.
Travel Talk Style
Travel Talks travel style is all about cultural discovery and having a good time. Accommodations are chosen within a variety of comfort levels, and Travel Talk strives to choose where you stay and how as it’s own experience - not just as an afterthought.
Travel Talk tours are budget conscious, but depending on the destination, you may experience anything from a 5 star resort to riding aboard a traditional felucca on the Nile.
Why Choose a Tour with Travel Talk?
They are committed to providing a real, adventurous, cultural, and above all local experience. Yet they are careful to not force the comfort zone too far. You will receive outstanding service, accommodation, transportation, and attention from your tour guides. Itineraries cover the must see tourist spots as well as hidden gems. It’s the perfect travel experience that won’t break the bank.
