GONE. -I get a call from bus service panicked-they can't find my child. I call my child-they are waiting at the designated location...NO BUS. -Staff from Banff Fairmont take them to the bus.Very helpful. -My child gets on the bus...bus starts rolling. STOPS...driver turns on ALL the lights and MAKES MY CHILD APOLOGIZE TO THE WHOLE BUS FOR MAKING THEM LATE.
