When expressing this concern to WingBuddy, their response was that it was not their responsibility to inform us about such matters. Additionally, after being advised by them to book our own flight to Dubai and assured they would handle our return flight, we had to follow up with them multiple times to receive a response. Eventually, they informed us that we needed to purchase our own return flight, providing no assistance despite their initial suggestion. As a result, we incurred significantly higher expenses, paying three times the original cost due to WingBuddy's lack of information and assistance. Furthermore, we not only paid for the full package with WingBuddy but also had to cover the expenses for our flights to and from Dubai, as well as transportation to meet the rest of the group and entrance fees for attractions.
