"The 4 day inca trail trek is an experience of a lifetime. We were lucky with the weather - cold in the early morning starts, but luckily no rain or snow. Certianly need to dress for all seasons as it does warm up during the day. The overnight stays in the tents were basic but with the nice touch of warm water delivered in the morning for a quick wake-up wash. So many stairs but worth it for the scenery..Thanks Action Peru Treks."

"An unprofessional company. I booked the Mont Blanc trip, they changed it to a cheaper Gran Paradiso version. The guide is hopeless and impatient. He enjoys scoffing and insulting his client. One could walk at any speed provided that it is his speed. He even pull the rope when I was jumping over a crevasse, then told me off for stepping forward and losing the rope! If you miss a turn, he will scoff at you again. When I report it to the head office, I got no reply. When pushed, the lady replied that due to the hot weather, guides are like that! And since my guide is from Scotland, she justified: Scot has a sense of humour! That was it. Next time, you all should try Chamonix Experience. It is cheaper and far more professional."

After a 4-hour long drive from Moshi to Londorossi Gate, you’ll find yourself on the western slope of Mt Kilimanjaro, from where the route will take you to the world-famous Shira Plateau. That’s where you’ll embark on your adventure through all the climate zones – from alpine meadows to eternal ice. The climb is smooth and gradual, featuring the highest success rate of all routes on Kilimanjaro.
Six, seven, and eight-day programs are available, so you can choose depending on the amount of time at your disposal. Longer programs are always recommended over the shorter ones for better acclimatization.
On the 8-day Lemosho route, the trek from Barranco to Barafu is broken up into two days, allowing for a short day just prior to the summit attempt. This is important because summit day begins very early, around midnight, so climbers are sleep deprived going into the toughest day on the mountain. By having a short day beforehand, climbers can be better rested.

"We recently traveled through Tanzania visiting Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. We were impressed by the game-packed game drives with Gabriel the tour guide from Lappet Faced Safaris. He knew the parks like the back of his hand, patient and thoughtful letting us enjoy interesting scenes as long as we wanted. Above all he drove the well appointed safari vehicle carefully going through some tricky sections where some rookie drivers got stuck The accommodations organized by Lappet Faced Safaris were above excellent.
