I was planning to travel to Patagonia for years but due to heavy work schedule, I had no chance to realize this Patagonia trip until my retirement.

I found Across Argentina Travel Agency from internet and a young hard working man Sebastian Southwell worked very hard to fix an itinerary. He offered me a different payment plan that made me pay easily. When I arrived at Buenos Aires, Ms Carolina Simonian took care of me and she always got in touch with me during my 16 days of travel all over Patagonia.

Regarding my trip, I was highly satisfied with the selection of Point of Interest, hotels selected were very comfortable and all showed me a high degree of hospitality. Local tours I participated were selected carefully, but I like to point out one point regarding with local tours, guides were good but they were giving information in Spanish longer than English then English speaking guests needed to ask questions to clarify subjects, this to be corrected.

As a final words Across Argentina and their talented employees, Carolina and Sebastian made this trip ONCE IN A LIFETIME. I would like to thank Across Argentina and employees so much

Great trip organised by the team! From the first moment, the team has been very responsive to our emails and the way the tour was setup exceeded our expectations. The help from the experience manager was very crucial in many circumstances (best example was that she organised to have a purse delivered from Argentina to Chile!!). All in all totally recommend Across South America for your next trip to Latin America!

Across South America were first class as they really listened to what we wanted and put together a truly wonderful trip across Argentina and Chile. This was no mean feat as our ‘wants’ included tango lessons. hiking. fly fishing and kayaking. The accommodation found for us was just perfect and we had the most amazing time. It was just so relaxing to know that everything was being handled for us.

Sebastian and Carolina were extremely helpful putting the tour together to South America. We had a great trip, the itinerary was good and I enjoyed the fact that there was free time to explore on our own. Hotels were excellent. Tours were great and pick ups were punctual or early . I only wish we could have stayed longer. The trip exceeded my expectations. I will certainly use your services again. Thank you

I like the way they plan my 23 days trip to South America tour in Peru, Argentina and Brazil. Although we can enjoy more in Brazil but we have only 3 days left before we go back to Manila. Since our tour was made from our own IT expectation and budget, Acriss Argentina was able to fulfill our dream vacation in South America. We will use tgis agency again when we explore Patagonia and Antartica.

Hello Maria and Good Morning Clara & Carolina
We’ve now been back in New Zealand for more than a week and it still seems a bit as though the past 3 weeks have all been a dream!!
We had an absolutely fantastic time and I can assure you that all of the group thoroughly enjoyed their experience in your diverse country !
And it’s all thanks to you at ‘Team Across South Amercia’ facilitated first by Letitia and then Carolina!! Everything you did for us worked seamlessly and that was due to the extra effort you applied to the organisation of every last detail…
We very much appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of all of your guides and transfer drivers from Day 1 until we arrived at EZE to come home.
Too many outstanding things to mention individually but many, many thanks for everything you did for us and if you have an ‘official’ questionnaire that needs to be filled out please send it to me saspo and I will get it back to you by return…
Clara, it was great to meet you, albeit briefly, and if you are married now we hope everything went well…if not , then we hope that you have a wonderful day when it happens and we can one day meet here in Auckland or in BA??!!
Carolina, a pity that we weren’t able to get together but we hope that you are now 100% and definitely not still confined to bed??!! Our very best wishes for the birth of your baby and I know at some time I will be back in BA so hopefully we may have an opportunity to meet then? Or maybe you can get down here?
Happy Easter to all of you!
