I would like to say , this company said 1 thing and then asked for more money to get it done.. they said pickup was included then asked extra funds for pickup.. the group was supposed to be multilingual and guide was unwilling to speak in english . The wake up time were horrific. Times spent at certain locations were not worth stopping in the first place.. had to force to make a stop which was planned in itinerary because of a little rain. Some stops were not stop at all. Felt like a drive by at times . feeling company just went through the motions with no regards of the travelers.. they gave bad explanations for things that went wrong on the journey .. overall though some of the stop were very nice, the group and company who sold me the package (tourradar) , were not an ideal company to travel with .. i would not recommend anyone to travel with europamundo or book through touradar..

The tours left you in horrible hotels. 2 stars at best. Dirty bathrooms and carpets. In the middle of nowhere! At one hotel we were at an industrial suburb next to what looked like a truck Depo. 30 mins from Florence! The ubers didn't get there. Nowhere to eat. Tour guides recommended shitty restaurants with 2/5 stars on Google. At one place they recommended japenese food... In Italy!!! Because there was little else.

The food on tour was sub par... At one place served out of giant metal vats/tubs! When there were so many amazing restaurants nearby in Capri!!

Avoid at all cost!!!!!! This was the worst experience. Did not feel like a holiday.

Our tour was from Paris, to Normandy, to Brodeaux and back to Paris. The hotels were terrible. Dirty, cheap, broken beds, toilets and showers did not work. The included breakfast meals were disgusting. Instant egg mush and stale danish. Half of the coffee machines didn't work. The staffs were less than friendly. We had 2 different drivers: one was good, the other was all over the road. We had 3 different tour guides; 2 were OK but the 3rd was terrible (just kept reading out loud from of tour book). The tour was supposed to be in both Spanish and English, but they only spoke Spanish. None of the attraction tickets were included with the tour. Most of the tour was a drive-by experience as they did not allow time for you to do anything but use the restroom and eat quickly. A few times your meal had to come from a truck stop along the way (eat there or go hungry). During the tour they would try to up-sell you there evening side excursions. We tried one of them and it turned out to be a rip off. If you're looking for a great tour and good value for your money, go elsewhere.

If your considering Europe, than it behooves you to not use Europamundo. Poorly organized. Rude bus guides and bus drivers (not all of them). Unreasonable bus rules: no drinking, eating, or use of onboard bus bathrooms (thought its called vacation). One of the bus did allow use of their bathrooms (but be prepared to pay, your bus tour does not include bathroom privileges). Traveling from Portugal to Athens, we spent up to 3 hours at a time before stopping at a rest stop. We spent an extended period of time at rest areas (apparently this is where your expected to dine). We commonly drove into new destinations i.e., Madrid, Barcelona, Fatima, Rome late night. No restaurants available or closing within 30 minutes upon our arrival. Paid our tour 3 months in advance to our departure date and couldn't get our itinerary until 3 days prior. Hotels were not specified on the itinerary (list of hotels: at US standards 2 stars mostly, maybe a generous rating of 3 stars for three hotels). Tour guides from competitor companies had hearing devices for their groups, not this company. This tour was purchased through PJR INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL in Miami, FL.

Big Thanks to Antonio Toti, We have just returned from an amazing 10 days Holiday at Europe! This was a special holiday for us. From the minute we arrived, we were looked after by the most amazing Person Antonio Toti our Tour guide, He was a wonderful tour guide with great character and sense of humour. He knew each fact about Europe that made our tour more interesting. Antonio suggested great places to eat and asked us our preferences and could also explain the food we had never tried or even heard of before.
