Think TWICE before contacting Gate One Travel. I timely cancelled my international trip due to a medical emergency. They laughed at me and kept my hard earned $11,000 and gave me NO REFUND, in spite of me having cancellation insurance that I bought FROM THEM. It's a big international company that take advantage of the working class. Please look elsewhere. Gate One Travel is a RIP OFF!

Everything about this tour was flawless! Accommodations well located, safe and gorgeous; guide, Colleen Webster, informative, knowledgeable, helpful beyond expectations; and a general "good egg." Safaris were incredible with lots of animal sitings. What an adventure! Gate 1 is affordable, offers the BEST accommodations and guides. I've never been disappointed with Gate 1, but they REALLY OUTDID themselves with this lifetime experience! I would highly recommend this tour company and tour!
