Airlines

All Airline Tickets are non-refundable. Changes will be permitted as long as the reservation has been canceled 48 hours prior to departure (see changes for more information).

Exceptions: Due to Death or Medical - If the airline rules permit to request a refund it is up to the airline to evaluate your case and process a Full and/or Partial refund in the event of a Death or Medical related reason. The airline will require proof such as a death certificate, military deploy letter and/or a medical certificate. Reservations must be cancelled prior to ticketed departure date in order to request a refund to airlines.Airline paper tickets must be mailed back to our office in order to process a refund in reference to the exceptions listed above. A "no show" is considered no notification to cancel or change prior to check in time.
