Geoff helped my wife and I to put together an itinerary that customized to our particular interests and preferences. At the outset he asked us where we'd like to go and, after a small number of iterations, together we were able able to craft an itinerary that met our budget, touched on much of the places we wanted, and did not have us staying at a different resort each night. Before leaving for our trip we were given our itinerary and confirmation #'s/vouchers/contact #'s for all of our activities and hotels captured in an easy-to-use app that made it extremely easy to transition to the next point of our journey. He and his assistant were quick to respond to any questions we had along the way as well. Overall, we had a great stay and highly endorse Geoff and RealNZ for anyone planning a bespoke trip to NZ.

From the moment we start organizing our trip, we felt that we were in excellent hands!

Our guide, Lahiru, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and passionate about his work. He impressed us with his ability to spot animals and identify rare species that other guides missed. We went on safaris at several locations, including Yala, where we had great jeep drivers who were experienced in navigating the terrain and locating animals.

Our accommodation was also top-notch. The company recommended three different camps: Cinnamon Wild in Yala, Mahoora Tented Camp in Wilpattu, and Cinnamon Lodge in Habarana. All three were stunning, with exceptional amenities and stunning natural surroundings. The food was also excellent, with a variety of local and international dishes to choose from.

One of the best and most planned out experiences you can ever have!

I took this tour as a solo traveler and was visiting Mexico for the first time. Tour organizer filled my day tours. A taxi collected me at the airport and brought to my hotel. I liked the point that I could choose hotels where I stayed at Playa del Carmen and Cancun, so I could be in a walking distance from the centers and enjoy night life. During these days pick-up services were organized by local tour offices and not all drivers could speak English. In cases of misunderstanding I contacted the CharlieTheTraveler local contact and he handled discussions. For these who going to take this tour I recommend having mobile internet on a phone. That thanks to this tour I could visit many must-to-see touristic attractions in a short time without having a hassle of planning my journey. This was a great value for everything that was included—the activities, meals, and other accommodations. CharlieTheTraveler definitely had a lot to offer on this tour to the Bohol and Cebu area.
