From the very beginning, Stephanie was friendly, flexible, and an absolute wealth of knowledge. We had several meetings with her leading up to our trip to come up with the perfect itinerary. "Who said you can not enjoy a long Overland Safari? I had a wonderful time during the 7 month Trans Africa. Part of the West cost of Africa was a challenge which I will remember for a long time. The scenery and wildlife from Namibia onwards was breathtaking. The younger generation on the truck gave me the challenge to do things I always was to scared to do in my live. I did tandem skydiving, quad bike riding in the sand dunes, white water rafting on the Zambezi river, bungy jumping of the Victoria Bridge and the micro light flight over the Victoria Falls. Our driver Brian was excellent and a good mate. All in all I can recommend the tour to people who like something more exciting than a standard organised tour. A truly memorable experience of a lifetime."

"My husband and I booked with Expect in Africa for our honeymoon in Tanzania and had the most amazing experience! Lawrence put together an excellent itinerary for us over 17 days. We started in Stone Town, Zanzibar then flew over to the mainland where we went on safari in Tarangire National Park, Ngorogoro Crater, and the Serengeti, and we also got to see the wildebeest migration crossing the Mara River in the northern Serengeti. Our safari guide Joseph was amazing and so knowledgable about the areas we went and all the animals! We also did a day hike at Mount Kilimanjaro which was such a cool experience. After that, we went back to Zanzibar and stayed in Nungwi for some relaxation and also did a Zanzibar spice tour. We loved all of the lodges and hotels we stayed at, and everyone we met from Expect in Africa was so friendly. Every part of the trip was so great, and we made so many memories that we'll have for a lifetime. I would definitely recommend Expect in Africa to anyone going to Tanzania!"

"Although short in comparison to other trips to India which I’ve done with Explore, it was an extremely full and informative trip. It was unfortunate that we needed to change Tour Leaders after 2 days as we had begun to bond with Regneesh but Abhi, his replacement, was an excellent guide. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful and ensured our needs were met. I felt he went beyond what I would have expected of a guide in catering for my lack of ability to walk far in the extreme heat. Our driver was equally thoughtful and we felt we were in safe hands. The content of the trip was exactly as it said on the tin. I didn’t feel that the trip lacked content but I would have been more than happy to spend an extra night in Thekaddy and perhaps visit the Periyar Reserve, and an extra night on the houseboat (which was of an excellent standard) would have been great. The accommodation and food was of a good standard throughout, including the home stay. All in all, a first class trip."

"We spent two wonderful weeks touring several of the best destinations in Portugal & Spain with a group of 16 people. Our guide (Fredy) was from Spain and intimately familiar with the region, including its rich history, attractions, and food/beverages. The tour was well-paced using a combinations of private vehicles (small buses and cabs), trains, and an airplane ride as well as a fair amount of walking to get around these two beautiful countries. We extended our stay in Lisbon to see more attractions and took a side trip to Fatima, Obidos, and Nazare that was also excellent. Would have liked to have a bit more time in a couple of the cities, but we'll just have to plan another trip!"
