Additional Information

Fitness level

In order to better appreciate the uniqueness of your holiday we advise you to be in good physical condition. On your last two weeks before the trip, it is a good idea to take several hour walks in hilly terrain. In Mytikas peak ascent (optional), we will form groups of 4. Our guides will use their equipment (ropes, carabiners, anchors) to secure the ascend and make it a stress-free experience of a lifetime. In case of snow or adverse weather conditions, it is in our mountain guide’s judgement to cancel the Mytikas peak ascent.

Meals

Breakfasts are taken in the refuges or in the guesthouses and may include tea and coffee, orange juice, marmalade mage of local fruits, cereals, occasionally eggs, plus bread with jam, honey or cheese. Lunches are taken either during the trek and will include a sandwich, or at the refuge or at a traditional tavern, depending to the schedule of the day. Evening meals are taken at local tavernas, with a choice of food or we may have a set meal with vegetarian and meat options
