    • Incidental expenses, such as room service incurred at hotels. All expenses are to be settled prior to leaving the accommodation.
    • Laundry costs and any shipping charges for the return of purchases made on tour, or for the return of property lost on tour.
    • Pre and post tour accommodation.
    • Unless otherwise listed in the inclusions, transfers are not included in the tour price.
Cancellation policy

Cancellation of a booking by you must be made in writing and sent to Back-Roads Touring, Level 1, 107 Power Road, Chiswick, London, W45PY, UK; either by you or your travel agent; an oral message is insufficient. This avoids any misunderstanding. We will not treat a booking as cancelled until written notice is received by us (fax or email is acceptable). If the cancellation is received 42 days or more before departure, only the deposit is forfeited and any other payments made upfront will be refunded.
