King Ludwig’s Neuschwanstein Castle and his family’s Hohenschwangau Castle are both within 5 km (3 miles) of Füssen, and Ludwig’s second castle, Linderhof, is close by as well.

Astrid Baur grew up in Füssen, and famous castles have always been just another part of her daily life.
