Trip includes
- All lodging accommodations. Twice-daily housekeeping and all in-room luxury amenities.
- Daily coffee & tea bar, breakfast, lunch, hors d’oeuvres and dinner. Unlimited premium beer, wine and spirits, as well as soft drinks and assorted beverages and snacks.
- An extensive variety of two daily, on-property, guided activities including all gear and equipment. There are never cancellation fees for changing activity schedules. Includes access to fitness center, pool and hot tub.
- Silver Dollar Saloon entertainment including billiards, poker table, shuffleboard, karaoke, private movie theatre, board games and four lanes of bowling.
- A Ranch driver and private vehicle are available to provide round-trip transportation to and from Missoula, Butte and Anaconda airports. Water and snacks are available for the drive. Maximum capacity is seven passengers per vehicle. A luggage trailer is available at no extra cost. (Additional charges apply for Bozeman and Helena airport transfers).
- Personal cruiser or mountain bike for on-Ranch transportation.

The compulsory local payment will be paid when you join the trip. All prices are based on double, twin or triple share occupancy. Solo passengers will be accommodated in a double, twin or triple room according to availability with a passenger(s) of the same gender. Single supplement only needs to be paid if the passenger does not want to share and requests their own room. Discounts can only be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added at a later date, regardless of any changes made to the original booking.

Cancellation notification must occur at least 61 days prior to your arrival date to receive refunded payment. A 10% fee of your total reservation amount will be non-refundable.
Cancellation notifications occurring less than 60 days of arrival are not eligible for a refund.
Reservation reductions such as party size or duration made within 60 days of arrival will not receive rate adjustments.
They require a 50% deposit of your total reservation payment upon booking. This includes the 20% Ranch Fee. A second deposit, the remaining balance and final payment, is due 60 days prior to your arrival. As unknown variables can interrupt your travel experience, we encourage you to purchase travel insurance to protect your travel funds. The Ranch and many travel industry experts recommend Travel Guard Insurance. Travel Guard offers the Gold Plan and we strongly suggest that you consider this policy as it offers the most coverage.
