What travelers are saying

"We saw so very much of Italy in the 2 weeks we were there! If you do the excursions you learn so much from the special tour guides. We are not planners so it was nice having the trip planned for us. The only improvement I would recommend would be getting to go into the Duomo and St. Marks Basilica and Doges Palace. There was limited time to do this on our own. It just means we have to go back again! There was a lot of walking, which we were fine with and everyone on our bus was able to handle. Provisions were made for anyone having a problem. Tour guide Chris was awesome and so was out bus driver Bruno. Coach bus was very comfortable."

What travelers are saying

"My husband and I live in Canada, we spent February in Malaga Spain and booked a full day tour to Tangier Morocco on Feb 27th through website HAPPYtoVISIT. Julia Travel happened to be the operator. I received email confirmation from both HAPPYtoVISIT and Julia Travel confirmed the date and pick up location. We were advised that we had to call Julia Travel within 48 hours of the tour date to reconfirm our tour date with pick up time and location which we did as instructed. From very beginning of the booking to the phone call confirmation we were told that we were going to be picked up at 5:30 am at a bus stop in central Malaga. We got to the spot at 5:15 am that morning and waited until 6:30am and no one showed up to pick us up! We called Julia Travel at 6 am and the person who picked up the phone doesn’t speak English. We finally with a woman name Marta after 9 am who could speak English and were told that the bus was there at 4:30 am. This is simply not believable given the previous confirmations of 5:30 am pick up time. Obviously she just lied to us to get off the phone. She replied my email said any complaints should send to HAPPYtoVISIT since I have booked the tour through them. HAPPYtoVISIT issued me the full refund within 24 hours after I filed complaint, however the experience left us with very bad taste.what a waste of time and energy! Since the tour was towards our last days in Malaga that we were not able to rebook the tour with another company. My husband and I travelled extensively, this was the worst experience we ever had! Avoid using Julia Travel would be the advice!!"

What travelers are saying

"Can't believe how much we saw! Would appreciate some type of level of effort rating on tour & optional excursions. 18,000 steps , including steep steps, in one day was challenging for even those in good shape. Those with mobility issues might have chosen to pace themselves differently."

Morocco Tour Selection Trips

  • You can literally see all four seasons during one week in Morocco
  • From the seas of the coastal town of Essaouira to the desert at Erg Chebbi, you might experience snow flurries, warm breezes, and even be surprised by a rainstorm. This environmental and geographic diversity makes Morocco a beautiful place to visit at any time of year.
  • Although your tour will likely provide guides who speak your native tongue, if you wander out on your own, keep in mind that the population mainly speaks Arabic and French (with some Spanish in the north).

Best Times to Visit Morocco

While there truly isn’t a time when you should not visit Morocco, there are some weather related factors that you should take into account before planning your trip.

During the summer, Morocco can be very hot. When the sun is at its peak, it can reach to the utmost temperature of 100 degrees fahrenheit. Coastal cities are relatively cooler but are still pretty warm. The fall is one of the best times to visit Morocco. It is less crowded and the weather is much more pleasant than the summer months.

Winter, in Morocco, is usually quite cold especially later in the evening. But the skies remain relatively clear with light rain on some days. The spring is another great time to visit. The blooming vegetation accentuates the countryside and the neutral temperatures make walking ideal.
