"I did the Oz intro tour in October 2019 and I have not been able to recommend it enough to everyone I know thinking of travelling since. The intro tour is brilliant for making potentially stressful parts like sorting a bank card/SIM card, stress free with leaders who really know what they are doing. I was lucky to have Tom and Fiona as leaders who were totally professional when it came to the important things but great fun the rest of the time! The trip itself is brilliant for showing the best of what Sydney has to offer with nights out, trip to port Stephens and so many activities. A major positive to the trip is the opportunity to make friends. With travelling solo and never having done that before, I was naturally nervous thinking would I enjoy it on my own. The people I met on this tour I ended up travelling with and living with in Sydney afterwards -they really are friends for life. Finally, the aftercare that the tour provides is excellent. It was a place I was welcomed to fix up my CV on the computer, use the WiFi, print out bits and pieces, fill up my water bottle and have a chat! Every leader gave honest opinions on their thoughts on how to get jobs or where to eat or where to head out at night which has been great to have ever since when advice is needed! Thanks oz intro - you started off the best 6 months of my life and continued to be an amazing support throughout my time in Australia."
