Day 2: Manila Bamboo bike tour

Enjoy the day in Manila at leisure before heading off in the evening on a 2-hour historical sunset bamboo bike tour. Enjoy a view of the sunset, a buffet of Spanish Filipino food in a heritage restaurant, and a live Filipino cultural show with this Sunset experience! You will be leisurely toured around the historic walled city of Intramuros Manila using bamboo bikes (Bambikes). Our local tour guide will share with you stories of Intramuros and the Philippines while you enjoy the sightseeing. Just before the sun sets, we will lead you to the skydeck of The Bayleaf Hotel where they will serve you a complimentary drink as you watch the sunset over Manila Bay. When you’ve finished your refreshing drink, it’s almost time for dinner. We will make our way to Barbara’s Heritage Restaurant where an eat-all-you-can buffet of Filipino food is waiting. A live Philippine cultural show will play as you dine.

Day 3: Manila to Bohol

Today you will be picked up from your Manila hotel and transferred to the airport for your flight to Cebu. Upon arrival in Cebu, our transfer van will pick you up at the airport and take you to tagbilaran pier where you’ll board a ferry and head to Bohol. Once on the island another car will take you from the pier to your Bohol Accommodation. Tonight you will have free time to explore the beach front in Bohol at your leisure

Day 4: Chocolate Hills, Lombok River and Tarsiers

Today you will venture out and see the best of Bohol’s countryside with a full day tour! Starting with a pick up from the hotel, you’ll be taken directly to the historical Blood Companct Shrine. Locally known as Sandugo (which roughly translates to one blood), the Blood Compact Shrine is the exact site where Spanish explorer Captain General Miguel Lopez de Legaspi and Datu Sikatuna, a chieftan of Bohol, drew blood from their palms, poured it into a cup, and drank it – a symbol of their friendship. Next, you’ll be brought to the Baclayon Church, one of the oldest churches in the Philippines, and was declared a National Treasure of the country. From there, head to the Philippine Tarsier Sanctuary, where you’ll get a very rare chance to see the world’s smallest primate, the adorable, bug-eyed tarsier. Next up: a delightful buffet lunch on the Loboc River, on a floating and moving restaurant no less. After lunch, head to the Bilar Manmade Forest, a man-made mahogany forest that stretches 2 kilometers long, so beautiful you’ll actually feel like you’re in a movie while walking down the road. Finally, a highlight in Bohol and one of the most favourite tourist destinations: the world famous Chocolate Hills, made up of 1,268 cone shaped hills that turn brown in the summer, baffling many geologists.

After a long day of exploring, this evening will be yours to spend at your leisure.

Day 5: Panglao Island Hopping and Dolphin Watching

Today is an early start, but trust us, it will be worth it!

See three of Bohol’s most beautiful islands with this half day island hopping tour. Discover what makes Bohol such a favourite for locals and foreigners with a visit to Balicasag Island and Virgin Island. Begin the day with an early wake up call and pick up at your hotel, immediately followed by departure for your first stop of the day, Balicasag Usland, famous for its colourful corals and abundant marine life! Once you arrive, enjoy watching the dolphins at the reef, and then get close encounters with the fishes and more with some snorkeling and fish feeding in the crystal-clear waters. End the tour by heading over to Virgin Island and strolling along the beautiful white sand sandbar before going back to your hotel.

Day 6: Bohol to Dumeguete

Be picked up from your accommodation and transferred back to the ferry port to catch the ferry to Dumaguete. Once arrived, take a van to your accomodation in Dumeguete. The night is yours to spend at your leisure

Day 7: Siquijor Cambugahay Falls and Heritage Day Trip

Adventure travelers, look no further! Siquijor, best known to locals as an island shrouded in mystery and the supernatural, also boasts of undisturbed beaches and virgin forests. During the colonial full stop, the Spaniards referred to Siquijor as Isla del Fuego (Island of Fire) because of the luminiscence produced by swarms of fireflies nestled among the foliage of molave trees. It will definitely be worth your while to discover what this quaint island has to offer! You’ll be picked up from your hotel in Dumaguete in the morning to go to the pier and board a ferry bound for Siquijor Island. After a ~90-minute journey, your island exploration begins with a quick stop at the St. Francis de Assisi Bell Tower and the St Vincent Bell Tower before heading up a hill to Triad Cafe for lunch. From the cafe, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the town of Larena and the surrounding islands of Negros and Cebu. Next is a rolling tour of the coastal towns of Enrique Villanueva and Maria, where Salagdoong Beach and Cang-Isok House are located. Your guide will then bring you to the town of Lazi, where you can take a refreshing swim at the Cambugahay Falls and later visit a huge Balete Tree, which is said to be over 400 years old and is believed by the locals to be enchanted. Finally, you’ll be brought back to the Siquijor pier for your ferry ride to Dumaguete

Day 8: Cebu City

This morning you will take a private transfer van from your hotel in Dumaguete back to Cebu City. Once arrived, settle in and spend the night exploring the bustling and vibrant city

Day 9: Pescador Island Hopping and Sardine Run Private Tour with Boat Charter in Moalboal

Pescador Island’s rich biodiversity is yours to explore in this thrilling snorkeling tour! In this amazing journey, you’ll be going on a journey to dive into the blue waters and enjoy snorkeling among the gorgeous underwater life found in the island. Your stop at the this world-class diving and snorkeling location will allow you to see protected corals and examine the marine species that call it their home. Here you can learn about Cebu’s rich Spanish heritage and explore some of the most popular things to see in Cebu. Itinerary: Philippines (Bohol & Cebu): in 6 Days, 1st Class Custom Tours

Day 1: Creepers in the Night

When traveling from abroad to the Philippines, Manila is usually most tourists’ first point of arrival. It is recommended that you avoid the capital altogether and instead simply use its airport as a layover en route to the island of Bohol. Upon arrival to the island’s capital, Tagbilaran, we drive to the settlement of Panglao. This is our base from which to explore the island and where our lodge is located. We will be hanging out at Alona beach. About 1,500 meters (1,640 yards) long and lined with palm trees, resorts and shops, the white-sandy Alona beach is popular both day and night.

Your tour with us today starts officially at 5:15pm. Please be in the lobby at this time, as your tour guide and driver should be waiting for you there. We are taken by vehicle to the Abatan River Community Life Tour. There we go on a firefly boat cruise. Probably you have never seen something like this before. The cruise starts shortly after arrival. Afterwards, we return to our hotel.

Day 2: Chocolate Hills, a Tarsier Sanctuary & a River Cruise

We are exploring Bohol Island. Specifically, we see Loboc River (for a cruise), Tarsier Sanctuary, Chocolate Hills, Habitat Butterflies Conservation Center, Bilar Man-Made Forest and Baclayon Church.

The highlights are Loboc River, Tarsier Sanctuary and Chocolate Hills. Chocolate Hills’ unique and mound-shaped formations are Bohol’s most popular attraction. During the dry season, the grass-covered hills turn chocolate brown in color. This transforms the area into seemingly endless rows of chocolate kisses. Another highlight is a visit to a sanctuary to see endangered tarsiers. These primates can only be found on a few islands throughout Southeast Asia. Not least is a boat cruise along the Loboc River. Lunch is included in this boat cruise tour.

Day 3: The Region's 2 Best Waterfalls

We are exploring Bohol Island. Specifically, we see Loboc River (for a cruise), Tarsier Sanctuary, Chocolate Hills, Habitat Butterflies Conservation Center, Bilar Man-Made Forest and Baclayon Church.

Day 4: Huge Sea Turtles off Apo Island

From Tagbilaran, we go by boat to Dumaguete, a town best used as a base from which to explore the area. Have ready your swimming attire and a towel. The first stop on today’s tour is Casaroro Falls. The other stop is Pulangbato Falls. We return to Dumaguete in the early evening.

Day 5: Swimming with Whale Sharks, Climbing Aguinid Falls & Canyoneering at Kawasan Falls

As a daytrip from Dumaguete, we head to the port in Malatapay so we can take the boat ride to Apo Island. Big-eyed jacks, bump-head parrotfish, and sea snakes inhabit the reefs of the island. Nevertheless, the highlight for most tourists are the sea turtles. They get so close to swimmers and are pretty big.

Day 6: Our Tour Ends This Morning

Today will be a long but exciting day nonetheless. From Dumaguete, we take a boat ride to Oslob. After swimming with whale sharks, we drive to the Aguinid Falls. This is a great place for climbing waterfalls (with a helmet and ropes, of course!). Last but definitely not least, from Aguinid Falls we drive to Kawasan Falls. There we have lunch, which is included on today's tour. Kawasan Falls is a destination popular specifically for canyoneering. After that thrilling tour, we drive to Cebu City. We sleep at a hotel near to the airport.
