Day 1: Arrival
Upon arrival a representative will meet you at the airport and Pick you up to your hotel.
The rest of the day is yours to enjoy Cairo!
Day 2: Visiting Memphis, Giza Pyramids and Sakkara
Start your day by visiting the Egyptian Museum. You will get to see 165,000 Egyptian artifacts. The priceless treasures of King Tutankhamen are the highlight here. His six gilded coffins dominate the main hall, while his magnificent death mask is the star attraction. You can also visit the Mummies Hall (additional Cost).Next you will enjoy sailing along the Nile on a small boat and watch the sites of the city ( optional ). You will having Your Lunch in Restaurant located by the River Nile. Next stop on our tour is the Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx. One of the Seven Wonders of the World and still to this day a riddle. A truly unforgettable experience. The sphinx is an enigmatic symbol of Egypt. You will have free time to enter one of the Pyramids (additional cost) if you wish. You will get a chance to do some shopping and we will visit a perfume factory and traditional papyrus institute where you can see how they make papyrus and purchase a unique gift. We will then drive back to your hotel.
Day 3: Visiting Alexandria
Our Qualified Tour Guide will pick You up from your hotel/ airport in an A/C Van. You will then travel to Alexandria and visit the 3rd Century Pompey’s Pillar, a 25 meter red Aswan granite column that is the last of the remaining relics of the Seraphim Temple. Constructed in honor of the Emperor Diocletian, it was once a magnificent structure rivaling the Soma and the Caesareum. Our specialist tour guide will talk to you about the lighthouse of Alexandria and many interesting stories about ancient Romans Emperors. Next is Qayetbay citadel, situated on the entrance to Alexandria’s eastern harbor. You will also visit the largest Roman cemetery, the Catacombs consisting of three levels cut in the rock. Finally, you will visit Montazah Palace and its Green Gardens before returning to your hotel. then you will be taken back to your hotel.
Day 4: Departure
After Breakfast and according to your flight details, our Rep will pick you up to Airport.
Day 1 Cairo
Meet your fellow travellers and CEO for a welcome briefing at 12:30pm before heading out to explore the city. We'll head first to ancient Coptic Cairo, where we visit the Hanging Church, St Sergius Church, and Ben Ezra Synagogue. Continue to Islamic Cairo with visits to the Citadel and Mohamed Ali mosque. Take a felucca ride on the Nile before heading to downtown Cairo for a foodie tour.
Please ensure your arrival flights lands at the Cairo airport no later than 9:30am on Day 1. The tour starts at 12:30PM in the lobby of the joining hotel. We recommend booking a pre-night in Cairo to ensure you do not miss any activities this day.
Day 2 Cairo/Alexandria
Travel to Alexandria, stopping to visit the Monasteries of Wadi Natrun en route. Founded by Alexander the Great around 331BC, Alexandria is Egypt's only Mediterranean city with a distinctly European atmosphere. After a seafood lunch, head to the fort and citadel of Qaitbay, and the new Alexandria Library.
Day 3 Alexandria/Cairo
Continue exploring this beautiful city with a walk through the Montazah Summer Palace gardens and a visit to the ancient Roman theatre. Gaze up at Pompey's Pillar and explore the underground catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa. Enjoy lunch then travel back to Cairo where the tour ends.
This tour ends at approx. 5PM at the Cairo hotel.
