Mykonos - Santorini - Athens! Spend your Break with 10 days & 9 nights in Greece on this Euroadventures original trip! We will start our trip in the cradle of western civilization, the Greek capital of Athens, and onto the home of the jet-set, the glamourous island of Mykonos, and finally to what is arguably the world’s most beautiful island, the volcanic paradise of Santorini. |
Day 1:
Depart from Florence/Rome at 7:30am for transfer to the Adriatic Sea port of Ancona (transfer time 3.5-4 hours). Board our cruise ship for the overnight journey to Greece.
Day 2:
Mid-day arrival to main land Greece and board our bus for transfer to the Greek capital of Athens with late adernoon arrival. Check into accommodations. Evening group dinner offered at one of the most famous Greek tavernas in Athens with delicious traditional Greek dishes and lots of Greek wine – always a great way to start off the night before hitting the bars/clubs of Athens!
Fly-In package starts Saturday afternoon in Athens (you will be sent exact instructions on how to arrive). Activities start from Saturday evening when the boat group arrives. . If you plan on arriving a day earlier, and would like an extra night of accommodations, please contact us.
Day 3:
Meals: Breakfast
Morning walking tour of the city. Highlights include Parliament with changing of the guard, Greek National Gardens, Olympic stadium, Temple of Zeus, and the Acropolis! Free night in Athens.
Day 4:
Meals: Breakfast
Early morning transfer to port and boat to Mykonos Island with noon arrival. Check into accommodations. Free day and night to go to the beach, explore the island, rent quads, have a great night out in Mykonos Town, etc.
Day 5:
Meals: Breakfast
Free morning to explore. Noon departure to take boat to the island of Santorini with mid-adernoon adernoon arrival (travel time approx. 2.5 hours) and check into accommodations. Guide will organize group night in Fira Town.
Day 6:
Meals: Breakfast
Free day in Santorini with optional bus tour around Santorini offered with stops at several beaches, view points, Santo Wintery and other points of interest including sunset in the town of Oia (known for having the best sunsets in the world!). Other options for those wanting an independent day include renting a ATV/Quad, going to the beach, catch the legendary sunset in Oia, and heading out at night to enjoy dinner and drinks.
Day 7:
Meals: Breakfast
Free day and night in Santorini.
Day 8:
Meals: Breakfast
Checkout of room and leave bags at reception, free morning and afternoon with mid-afternoon departure back to Athens. Late arrival to Athens and check into our accommodations. Free Friday night to explore Athens nightlife or relax and get some rest.
Day 9:
Meals: Breakfast
Departure at 10:30am via bus from our hotel to the port of Patras. Board our return overnight cruise back to Italy – one more night to hit the disco club on the boat!
Fly-In package departure from Athens on your own (trips ends on Saturday for fly-in pacakge). If you plan on staying an additional night, and would like an extra night of accommodations, please contact us.
Day 10:
Afternoon arrival into Ancona and transfer back to Florence/Rome with arrival at approx. 8-9pm
