This Botswana safari highlights 3 lodges and you will stay in 3 popular Safari areas within Botswana namely Chobe, Savute and the Okavango Delta. Days 1 - 2: Chobe River Front
From Kasane International Airport, your Ker & Downey Africa representative will collect you and transfer you to your lodge situated right on the Chobe River with an amazing view of the river.
The lodge is called Chobe Bakwena and we do book this lodge often and we always get excellent feedback and reviews. You activities will include a game drive into Chobe National Park and a boat cruise on the Chobe River. We also recommend swapping one of these activities for a day visit to the famous Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. We can also arrange a guided bicycle tour and/or village walk in the nearby town so you can experience Botswana culture.

Days 3 - 4: Savuti - Chobe National Park
Enjoy your morning activity (game drive or boat cruise), then breakfast at the lodge and check out. Take a transfer to the Kasane airport where you will board a light aircraft flight to your next lodge. Have a scenic flight over the Chobe National Park.
From the local lodge airstrip, take a short 4x4 transfer through the park (so mini game drive) to Savute Elephant Lodge, which is a luxury tented camp. You will stay in luxury tented rooms which are on raised wooden platforms and have great views over the watering holes where you will be able to see many animals. On your daily game drives you might see lions, elephants, cheetahs, hyenas and antelope to name a few. Also visits to Bushmen paintings can be arranged.
There is a Spa on site so you can have treatments while staying the lodge, we do recommend a Safari massage.

Days 5 - 6: Moremi Game Reserve
After your morning game drive and breakfast at the lodge, wave goodbye to the friendly and knowledge staff and take a transfer back to the lodge airstrip for your light aircraft flight over the Okavango Delta. This a highly recommended flight which you will never forgot.
The lodge is situated on a private island in the Okavango Delta.
Activities include heading out before dawn by mokoro canoes which means you will glide through the inlets and rivers in the Delta and have game viewing up close and personal. There is also boat cruises and barge cruises (really recommend at sunset), then visits to the local village, walking safari, bird watching and fishing can also be arranged.

Day 7: End of Itinerary
After your morning game drive or game walk, say goodbye during a hearty breakfast at the lodge. Then take a light aircraft flight over the scenic Okavango Delta and to Maun International Airport for your onward journey.
