12 Days Tanzania Wildlife Safari & Culture Safari will take you to Tanzania’s top wildlife viewing spots. If you have more time, you may visit various lakes and go on cultural excursions. With approximately 400 kinds of birds, Lake Manyara is great for bird watching. Ngorongoro is the world’s biggest intact crater, teeming with wildlife such as elephants, rhinos, cheetahs, lions, leopards, and hyenas. Tarangire National Park is a gorgeous park abounding with Baobabs and Acacias, as well as a wide variety of wildlife including zebras, elephants, giraffes, and waterbuck. You will also visit the Serengeti, Tanzania’s most famous and largest national park, as well as one of the world’s most stunning landscapes. The “endless plains” encompass 14,763 square kilometers and include huge plains, short grass plains, kopjes, and lakes. |

Upon your arrival at Dar es Salaam Airport you will be welcomed into Tanzania by a representative and transferred through the seemingly chaotic traffic of Dar es Salaam city to your hotel.

The beautifully large home and gardens consists of just 8 luxurious ocean facing suites that are well appointed and exude a contemporary African style. Day 2: Singita Explore Tented Camp, Serengeti

Indulge in a hearty breakfast at The Oyster Bay before being transferred back to Dar es Salaam Airport for your scheduled flight to the iconic Serengeti National Park. Upon your arrival at the Serengeti airstrip you will be met by a camp vehicle for your transfer to Singita's Explore Tented Camp.
This authentic tented camp is the epitome of “roughing-it in great style”. Its camping but without having to forfeit comfort and luxury. This is a private use camp situated on the plains of the Serengeti that is equipped with a private guide, chef, camp host and camp staff that are all there to ensure that you have an intimate and close-up experience with the Serengeti.
After lunch at the camp, you will head out for an afternoon game drive to become acquainted with the renowned park. The iconic Serengeti is home to teeming wildlife. Throughout the year, the area provides exclusive sightings of lion prides, hyena clans, herds of buffalo, leopard, cheetah and elephant.
Day 3: Singita Explore Tented Camp, Serengeti

After awaking in the Tanzanian wilderness you will head out on a morning game drive in the hope of spotting a great variety of wildlife including cheetah, bearded wildebeest, bat eared fox, black rhino, Maasai giraffe, lion, elephant, buffalo and leopard.
July through October will offer you the opportunity to witness the Great Migration - a fascinating, must-see phenomena. "The Greatest Show on Earth" is the movement of vast numbers of wildebeest, zebra, gazelle, eland and impala. Not too forget the predators looking for a meal.
After your game drive and hearty breakfast, you will visit a local community to learn about the way of life in the Serengeti and Africa's greatest asset - its people.
After the eye-opening cultural community visit, you will embark on an afternoon game drive and return in the evening for drinks and dinner.
Day 4: Singita Sasakwa, Serengeti

After breakfast this morning you will embark on a game drive en-route to Singita's Sasakwa Lodge.
The stunning lodge is situated in the Grumeti Reserve forming part of the Serengeti Mara ecosystem. The manor house and private cottages are a blend of authentic European style and East African influences and boast endless vistas across the plains below allowing you to spot wildlife from the comfort of the spacious veranda. The private cottages all come with their own infinity pools - perfect for cooling off under the heat of the African sun whilst the lodge is complete with a pool in the main area, spa and gym facilities, a Singita Boutique & Gallery as well as a library.
After settling in and indulging in a fine lunch you will embark on an afternoon game drive before returning for drinks and dinner.
Day 5-6: Singita Sasakwa, Serengeti

This morning will be unlike any other morning you've experienced before.
Be prepared to rise with the sun as your hot air balloon floats skyward and is taken in whichever direction the wind is blowing. Peering over the basket at the dotted wildlife below you with endless vistas across this famous African landscape is an experience we assure you won't forget.
After touching back down you will return to the camp for breakfast. Enjoy the rest of the day, as well as the following day, relaxing at your own leisurely pace, indulging in fine foods and wine, rejuvenating at the spa and searching for the big 5 and all the other beautiful and diverse game that calls the Serengeti home.
Day 7: Departure

Main Destination: Kilimanjaro Airport
After your last breakfast in the iconic Serengeti you will transfer back to the Serengeti airstrip for your scheduled flight back to Kilimanjaro Airport for your onward journey, along with all your unforgettable memories and photographs.
