Description

Dive Damai’s newest vessel: MSY Damai II, was constructed in Tanjung Bira, South Sulawesi, by Pak Hadji Baso. Pak Hadji Baso is one of the most respected master boat builders in the traditional Indonesian boat building community of Bira and was the builder of Dive Damai’s first vessel, MSY Damai I.

MSY Damai II has a deck length of 40 meters and a beam of 9 meters at its widest point. It is being built to an uncompromising standard and fitted out with all the latest diving, navigation and safety equipment to ensure that the level of service appreciated on their first vessel is maintained and, where possible, improved upon.

Boasting three generators, water makers, plenty of fuel and fresh water storage and a centralized marine air-conditioner, the vessel will feature two double-bed stern staterooms and four below deck cabins.

Itinerary: Damai II Alor & Banda

Our cruise will embark on the Damai II from the port of Maumere. We will the journey to Alor & The Banda Islands where the diving is unparalleled for its beauty & diversity both big and small. These stunning islands offer the diving experience of a lifetime. Dive an active volcano and then dine enjoying natures fire works. Dive with the kids of Alor with their home made goggles. See where history was made in the Banda Islands. Where Nutmeg originated from and made history that has been long forgotten by most. Our cruise will end in the port of Ambon for 12 wonderful nights of spectacular diving that you will not want to miss.
