Day 1: Welcome to Provence, hosted by Coquillade Village, Provence Cycling Paradise
When you arrive on Wednesday morning we will accompany you to Coquillade Village. Your guide will ensure you receive the correct bike and equipment and help with the necessary tasks of setting up the bike for you. During lunch, the Ride & More team will be there to fully explain how the week will function including safety aspects. Afterwards, your guide will take you for a ride in the hills behind the hotel in the unspoilt countryside of olive trees and lavender fields. When you get back to the hotel the cellar master will be waiting for you to propose a tasting of wines from grapes grown on the property. On the evening of your arrival, the Bistrot will be expecting you with a menu “bistronomique”.
Day 2: L’Isle sur la Sorgue “Venice in Provence”
We will be taking the cycle track from Calavon in order to arrive at l’Isle sur la Sorgue and to spend a superb day at the incredibly popular market and the famous antiques shops.
After lunch the ride continues to Fontaine de Vaucluse and the legendary source, steeped in history with its imposing cliffs and castle.
The evening dinner will be inspired by the abundant local produce, chosen by Coquillade Village’s chef and served in the main gastronomic restaurant Le Gourmet.
Day 3: The Colorado Provencal / Friday
For the last day of your stay, we propose to you an exceptional breakfast followed by a moment of relaxation in the spa or maybe a final ride in the village of Roussillon.
After lunch, the Ride & More team will ensure your transfer to the TGV train station in Avignon.
