Description | Vancouver, with its historic streets and elegant parks, and Toronto, with its iconic skyline and miles of shopping streets, are separated by more than 4,000km of awe-inspiring countryside - boundless prairies, dense pine forests, glittering lakes and stately snow-capped mountains. The epic distance between these two great Canadian cities is best travelled by train. Enjoy the complete relaxation of ‘The Canadian’ and the luxury of the Rocky Mountaineer, which has offered an iconic vantage point on the Rockies’ amazing scenic panoramas for more than 20 years. Our odyssey includes two nights in beautiful Banff, a day in Niagara Falls and a ride on the Ice Explorer across the Athabasca Glacier. |
The Indigenous history, beautiful natural landscapes, and lively cowboy culture of western Canada come together on this 19-day tour through British Columbia and Alberta. Spot wildlife on a ferry ride through glacial fjords and immerse yourself in First Nations culture on a day tour of Smithers. Experience the cowboy roots of Calgary and admire the emerald blue hue of Lake Louise. There are stunning vistas and photos ops along the way, as well as opportunities to bond with like-minded travelmates. |
