Day 1 Cusco/Aguas Calientes
Discover the Sacred Valley on a guided tour. Stop at the G Adventures-supported women's weaving co-op. Break for lunch at the G Adventures-supported Parwa Community Restaurant in Huchuy Qosco. After, catch the train to Aguas Calientes for the evening.
A hotel night in Cusco is not included, we highly recommend booking pre or post accommodation through G Adventures for ease, to acclimatize to the altitude, and explore the city. If a pre night is booked through G Adventures, an arrival transfer is included from the airport and you'll be picked up at 8am from your start hotel on Day 1. If a hotel night is booked on your own, please make your own way to Hotel Prisma (address on your G Adventures Tour Voucher) for the 8am pick-up.
Day 2 Machu Picchu/Cusco
Wake up bright and early for a guided tour of the inspiring Machu Picchu ruins. Return to Cusco in the evening.
After a detailed tour of the site with a local guide head back to Cusco for the night.
Day 3 Cusco
Depart at any time. Transfer to the airport is included.
Day 1 Cusco
Be welcomed at the Airport, and free morning to relax. This city is at a high altitude and we suggest you to drink coca tea.
This enigmatic place was the capital of the ancient culture of the andes.
At afternoon, you will have a city tour. This tour will bring you for the important attractions of Cusco city.
Enjoy exploring the Cathedral, the Sun Temple in the city centre, and then the local ruins such as Saqsayhuaman. Enjoy exploring more about Cusco!
Day 2 Machu Picchu Full Day Tour - Cusco
Early morning pick up from Cusco to Ollantaytambo where you will take your train to Aguas Calientes. In Aguas Calientes, one assistant will be the to bring you to the bus station and your tour guide. You will enjoy a ride uphill to the marvel of Machu Picchu. Start your journey by a 2 hours guided tour around the ruins and complex. Machu Picchu is declared world heritage and one of the seven wonders. After your tour have free time to explore on your own. You will board the bus back to Aguas Calientes to take the train back to Cusco. If you have enough time you can soak in the hot springs. The train back to Cusco will take around 1.40 hours until Ollantaytambo, then be transferred to your hotel in Cusco.
Day 3 Cusco
On the final day of this amazing tour, you will enjoy a relaxed breakfast at your hotel before our representative arrives and transfer you to the airport.
