Cancellation of Voucher may be done by contacting Adventoro’s Customer Service within stipulated cancellation window as stated at the time of purchase. Note that it may vary but if done within stipulated time, it will be refunded in full to your credit card, debit card or any other means of purchase used to procure such Voucher.
If you cancel anytime between 4 days to 7 days before scheduled departure, a cancellation fee of 50% will be levied.
If you cancel anytime between 3 days or less before scheduled departure or in the event of no show, a cancellation fee of 100% will be levied.
If an Event for which you purchased a Voucher is cancelled by Merchant, you will be notified prior to the first date on which the applicable Voucher is in effect, and will process a full refund to the credit or debit card used to purchase the Voucher.
