DAY 1, Thursday - Depart for Canada
Arrive in Calgary, Alberta's major city and gateway to the Canadian Rockies. Transfer independently to your hotel. Balance of the day is at leisure. Your adventure begins with an eight-minute journey to the summit of Sulphur Mountain in a modern, fully enclosed four-passenger gondola cabin. Glide up over the treetops to the crest of a steep-sided Rocky Mountain peak and step out into a mountaintop experience at an elevation of 7,486 feet. Stroll along the ridge top boardwalk or perhaps step inside the newly transformed, state-of-the-art summit facility. Experience interactive interpretive exhibits, a multi-sensory theatre and a breathtaking 360-degree rooftop observation before descending back down the mountainside. Approximate tour duration is 2 hours include transfers. OnDay : 3 Price : $50 Float Tour on Bow River This gentle raft float is the perfect way to intimately encounter the natural mountain beauty. Launch from the base of Bow River Falls, and float on rafts approximately 4.5 miles down the river between Tunnel Mountain and Mount Rundle. You will glide past the Hoodoos and land near the towering face of Mount Rundle.
