The compulsory local payment will be paid when you join the trip. All prices are based on double, twin or triple share occupancy. Solo passengers will be accommodated in a double, twin or triple room according to availability with a passenger(s) of the same gender. Single supplement only needs to be paid if the passenger does not want to share and requests their own room. Discounts can only be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added at a later date, regardless of any changes made to the original booking.

Should you need to cancel your holiday once it has been confirmed, the party leader (or the person(s) concerned in the event of a part cancellation) must immediately advise us in writing. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when it is received in writing by us at our offices. Notification may be given by e-mail. As we incur costs from the time we confirm your booking, the following cancellation charges will be payable. Where the cancellation charge is shown as a percentage, this is calculated on the basis of the total cost payable by the person(s) cancelling excluding any amendment charges. Amendment charges are not refundable in the event of cancellation.
