What's this trip about?

This exciting trip gives any ambitious traveller the chance to visit Argentina’s major cultural destinations while experiencing first-hand the rich, diverse landscapes that are found nowhere else in the world. Enjoy a guided introduction to this incredible country in its capital city that will take you to the city’s four premier neighborhoods for 'balcony' views and tours of traditional Argentinian “barrios.” From Buenos Aires you will fly to Mendoza in the central Andes. You will spend 3 nights at a wine lodge located in one of Mendoza's outlying valleys. One day you will tour wineries of your own selection, learning the history and development of the region, and another day exploring the High Andes on an excursion that provides gorgeous mountain vistas of the highest peak outside Asia, Aconcagua. Then, fly to charming Bariloche in the Lakes District of northern Patagonia. You will spend a day on the classic 'Grand Circuit' excursion by private car. More adventure awaits you in El Calafate, the gateway to the Patagonian region. You will visit the Perito Moreno Glacier with a trekking excursion on the glacier. End your adventure at the natural wonder that is the Iguazú Falls on the border of Argentina and Brazil. The thrilling catwalks and trails that surround Iguazú allow for incredible views of the waterfalls including the famous Devil’s Throat.
