After lunch the Ride & More team wish you goodbye until the next time and will shuttle you back to the TGV at Avignon.

The total tour cost includes the tour price (regular or promotional) and the compulsory local payment. The promotional price is subject to change. The compulsory local payment will be paid when you join the trip. All prices are based on double, twin or triple share occupancy. Solo passengers will be accommodated in a double, twin or triple room according to availability with a passenger(s) of the same gender. Single supplement only needs to be paid if the passenger does not want to share and requests their own room. Discounts can only be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added at a later date, regardless of any changes made to the original booking.

- Some meals may not be included (see details of stay) and provide you the opportunity to discover local area restaurants. Our team is at your disposal to provide suggestions and help with your reservations.
- Additional cost for single occupancy : single travellers not wishing to share a room can, with supplement, take the single occupancy option for comfort and privacy.
- Bicycle upgrades : For some of our stays, it is possible to request an upper range bicycle or electric bike. These requests are subject to additional cost according to the required range. We advise you to let us know should you be interested in one of these options as soon as possible in order to ensure availability of desired bikes.
- Travel insurance : We can offer travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, interruption of your trip and medical emergencies. For more information, please consult the section dedicated to travel insurance.
Accommodation
If a cancellation is made after receipt of the deposit but before the 60-day final payment due date, deposits shall be refunded by wire transfer minus a 145 dollars cancellation fee per person. For Cancellation within 60 days, but more than 45 days after reservation confirmation, the entire deposit is non-refundable, and within 45 days additional cancellation penalties may apply, up to 100% of tour costs. No refunds shall be made once the tour starts. There are No Exceptions to this cancellation policy, including but not limited to reasons related to force majeure (see paragraph below), weather conditions, family or medical emergencies or any circumstances beyond our control.
