Any changes to the original booking must be confirmed by the person signing the booking form. Any costs or charges, which we incur or which are incurred or levied by our suppliers as a result of the amendment, will be charged to the Client. Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate changes and additional requests, their availability cannot be guaranteed.
The Client may cancel the booking at any time provided that the cancellation is communicated to Say Hueque in writing. Cancellation charges will be applied as shown below calculated from the day written notification is received by Say Hueque. In addition to the charges shown below airlines may impose 100% cancellation charges.

Important Trip Information:
Please be aware, that while the natural beauty and surreal landscapes of this region are impressive, the 4X4 journey from San Pedro de Atacama to the Uyuni Salt Flats is not for the faint-hearted. Bolivia is home to rich cultural diversity as well as some of the highest mountain peak in the Andes, however, it is also one of the poorest countries in South America. As such, roads are often in need of repair, shared accommodation en route is extremely basic & occasionally lacking hot water, and the included meals are simple. Life is not easy for the locals and the elements are often extreme- temperatures of minus 20C at night are not uncommon, especially when considering the high altitude of the region… some mountain passes are over 5000 meters above sea level.
This trip is a true adventure through one of the most rugged sections of South America that will challenge even the most well-seasoned traveler. Please keep in mind that while the local services may be very basic, the natural beauty of these remote destinations will be unforgettable.
