Purposely built for coastal cruises, the ship can easily navigate this magnificent coast and all of its islands, and can dock in the ports and enchanting medieval towns along the coast. The ship has a Lounge Bar with dance floor, panorama bar with library, sundeck with sun loungers, Jacuzzis, swimming pool, gift shop, Wi-fi and anti-swell stabilizers. Meals on board consist of a daily buffet breakfast and 3-Course set menu for both lunch and dinner including beverages (local wine, local beer, water, tea and coffee). Cabins are equipped with a bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV, radio, safe and hair dryer. All cabins are “outside” with a port hole or window.

Founded in:

Senior Discovery Tours is the company you hoped existed. We manage the details so you enjoy the destinations.

Founded in 1975, we’re Canada’s largest operator of guided tours for the mature traveller, offering more than 100 different international tours and cruises that deliver outstanding service, value and discovery.

1. Experience freedom from care

The comment we hear most from our travellers is how carefree our tours are. We manage all the details, big and small, so you can enjoy your holiday without any of the hassles normally associated with travel. Flights, hotels, meals, baggage handling at hotels, transportation and sightseeing excursions are all included. And in most Canadian cities, we’ll even pick you up and drop you off at home.

2. Tour Managers you can count on

Our travellers always rave about our Tour Managers. They attend to every detail, ensuring your trip runs smoothly. For instance, at hotels they’ll check you in and out, tip the staff on your behalf and keep track of your luggage. Their energetic approach to travel enlivens every tour, and their experience prepares them to gracefully and expertly handle unexpected situations. Our Tour Managers are also expert at creating a positive group dynamic so that everyone enjoys a great sense of camaraderie.

3. Enjoy a more leisurely trip

Most of our multi-stop tours stay in each locale for at least two days, and our “stay-put” holidays allow you to settle into one or two hotels for the entire duration of the tour. You’ll have plenty of time to explore, shop and take it all in at your own pace.

4. Put your mind at ease

On most tours, daily breakfast and dinner, and sometimes even lunch, are included in the price. Most meals are pre-arranged so you never have to worry about finding a restaurant in a strange place. As well, all of the hotels we use have been personally inspected to ensure quality and value.

5. No surprise costs

The price of every tour covers all costs, including all taxes, travel insurance, tipping, baggage handling at hotels and of course pre-arranged excursions and entertainment (which other tour companies charge extra for). The price is guaranteed in Canadian dollars and there are never any hidden surcharges.

What they’re known for
Guided tours and cruises with excellent tour managers specially designed for mature travelers.
